Membership in the Miami Valley Symphony is open to all string, woodwind, brass, and percussion players provided an opening exists and the prospective member passes an audition. There are currently openings for all strings. Other instrumentalists are welcome to audition in the event a substitute or replacement is needed.

Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 7 PM to 9:30 PM. Rehearsals for the 2008-2009 season are set for the Centerville High School orchestra room.

To audition for openings or a to be included on our sub list, use our  Audition Request Form .  Auditions are normally held in August for the upcoming season. However, new members are always welcome and individual auditions are set by appointment.
